Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)

Blepharoplasty can rejuvenate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It can be a cosmetic procedure and can also improve vision by lifting droopy eyelids out of the patient's field of vision.

The procedure is usually performed with local anesthesia in as little as 45 minutes. The procedure can be combined with a facelift or BOTOX® treatments to raise the eyebrows or reduce the appearance of wrinkles, crow's feet or dark circles under the eyes.

Asian Eyes

The Asian Eyelid Conversion is for those who do not have a fold in the eyelid above their eyelashes.  Dr. Cole performs a blephoroplasty procedure that creates a natural-looking crease.  The incisions are placed within the creases and folds that are formed.  Once healing has occurred it is often difficult to note any scarring.
